Allie Laliberte
Founder & CEO
Originally from Midland, ON, now working professionally as a dancer in Los Angeles with artists like Drake, Rihanna, Shawn Mendes, Ricky Martin, Missy Elliot, Doja Cat, on stages like the AMAs, Grammys, Brit Awards, in Pepsi commercials, world tours and more. Dance has positively impacted her life and she hopes to help any child who wishes to dance, access it easily.
Kayla Cadeau
Director
Kayla has been dancing since the age of 3, beginning her training locally in Midland and continuing throughout her university studies. She now shares her passion for dance as a teacher at the Dancers Studio Midland, inspiring the next generation of dancers in the community. Professionally, Kayla is close to completing her designation as a Chartered Accountant. She is committed to supporting dancers and helping ensure that dance remains accessible and inclusive for all.
Lily MacMenemey
Director
Born and raised in Midland, ON Jennifer brings years of business experience in Accounting, Property Management and Entrepreneurship. As a parent to a professional dancer she is also very familiar with many aspects of the dance industry and holds strong ties to several dance communities. Jennifer is
passionate about the arts and the importance it has on building confidence, providing opportunities and the multitude of ways it enhances our quality of life.
Madeleine Hilton
Director
Originally from Midland, Ontario, Madeleine now works as a kindergarten teacher in Ottawa. From the moment Brass Ring Dance was founded, she knew she wanted to support its mission in any way she could. She brings a wealth of knowledge about early childhood development, special education, and a deep understanding of the positive impact the arts can have on young people. Madeleine is excited to continue supporting BRD in her new role as Director.
