Allie Laliberte
Founder & CEO
Allie (she/her) is a professional dancer originally from Midland, Ontario. She began her dance career in 2013 and has since worked with artists like Drake, Rihanna, Shawn Mendes, Ricky Martin, was featured in a Pepsi commercial alongside Doja Cat and has danced on the Grammy’s stage and many more! After living in Toronto, London UK and various European cities, Allie now lives and works in Los Angeles, California as a full time professional dancer. Allie has a large passion for helping young dancers, giving back to the dance community and making the dance world a safe place for everyone.
Josh L.
Policy & Prodecure Advisor
Josh (he/him) is a black queer disabled child welfare survivor and community organizer/activist, poet and scholar. Raised in Midland, Ontario, Josh danced professionally and competitively from 2013-2016 in Toronto, and transitioned into dancing recreationally after a serious injury in 2018. With a Bachelor and Master of Social Work, as well as his Juris Doctor, Josh is now a Ph.D in Law student at Osgoode Law and works in various roles throughout Toronto and provincially, focusing on addressing issues of anti-black racism, settler colonialism, anti-fatness, homo/transphobia, ableism, and poverty.
